Skill/Knowledge:

~ Proven in-depth knowledge of project management and development procedures.

~ Strong analytical skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products.

~ Solid organizational skills including attention to details, timeliness, and manage multiple projects.

~ Ability to work independently or under only very general direction.

~ Demonstrate ability to interpret business processes and communicate effectively to IT project teams.

~ Ability to develop and comprehend technical documents.

~ Positive and upbeat attitude.

~ Exhibit strong leadership skills.

~ Able to rapidly adapt and respond to changes in environment and priorities.

~ Strong oral and written communication skills.

~ Able to effectively oversee system design that encompasses various department and partners' needs
