About the Role
Seeking an experienced Change Management Consultant to lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives, drive digital adoption, and enable customer-centric innovation.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute change management strategies, roadmaps, and readiness assessments
Lead training, stakeholder engagement, and adoption efforts
Create project documentation, artifacts, and change communications
Provide coaching and support to leaders and teams through transitions
Implement and manage Digital Adoption Platforms (WhatFix/WalkMe) for enhanced user engagement
Analyze culture, barriers, and adoption metrics to refine strategies
Required Qualifications
5+ years of change management experience
Prosci or equivalent certification
Hands-on experience with WhatFix/WalkMe (administration, content, analytics, integration)
Strong technical aptitude, content design, and troubleshooting skills
Experience with stakeholder management, workshops, and enterprise consulting
Excellent communication, leadership, and risk management skills

Digital transformation program experience
