Whiskers Dog Spa in Charlotte, NC is looking for dog bathers to join our team. We are located on 7816 Fairview Rd.
Start work immediately - Full Time - 4 Day work week - 2 Days off in a row
You will be surrounded by loving, adorable dogs all day long, but working with dogs does require patience, understanding, and a real love for animals.
Our ideal candidate is self-driven, friendly, and reliable. Someone able to problem solve and work independently and as a team.
This is a physical job. You will be lifting, washing, and blow drying continually. You must be able to lift 40-50 lbs. There is cleaning at the end of the day, as well.
You must be able to work in a team environment and communicate with others effectively. The ability to get along with others is important.
Reliable transportation and the ability to work Tuesday through Saturday daytime hours is required.
Fridays and Saturdays are our busiest days and are required.
This is a full-time position.
Work 4 days a week - 10 hours each day. You will be off Sunday and Monday each week plus 1 extra day. (Usually Wed or Thurs)
Experience is great but not necessary. Training is available.
Pay is $13.50 per hour plus tips for the first 90 days training period. Then pay will increase to $14.00 plus tips . You can expect to make $14.50 to $15.00 per hour after tips are included.
