• They are specifically looking for a candidate with strong sales stream experience in the healthcare payer space, both commercial and Medicare
• Must have worked in Healthcare payer lead management, Quoting and Enrolment processes

About the Role : We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with strong experience in the Healthcare Payer domain . The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in sales stream processes across both commercial and Medicare lines of business , with hands-on knowledge of lead management, quoting, and enrollment workflows . This role requires the ability to bridge business needs with technical solutions, ensuring payer sales processes are efficient, compliant, and scalable.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements related to payer sales operations (lead management, quoting, enrollment).
• Translate business needs into functional specifications for technical teams and ensure seamless implementation.
• Support process improvements and system enhancements in healthcare payer sales systems.
• Act as the subject matter expert for payer sales workflows across commercial and Medicare business lines.
• Facilitate workshops, requirement sessions, and UAT with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (CMS and state guidelines) while designing/enhancing solutions.
• Collaborate with IT, product, and business teams to deliver scalable and user-friendly solutions.
