• Builder: Build and lead your own team while also producing.

• Producer: Focus solely on personal production and serving clients.

This is a 1099, commission-based opportunity — not a W-2 job — offering flexibility, mentorship, and uncapped earning potential . We work with people who value independence, integrity, and impact.

What You’ll Do

• Connect with families via phone or Zoom to identify their protection needs

• Match them with the right insurance solutions

• Follow proven systems for success (training provided)

• Maintain organized client notes in our CRM

• Participate in weekly team training & mentorship sessions

What’s Required

• A Life & Health license (or willingness to obtain one — we’ll guide you)

• Excellent communication skills and a heart for helping people

• The ability to work independently and stay accountable

• A desire for growth — personally, professionally, and financially
