Job Summary:

Munificent Asset Management LLC is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Property Inspector to perform interior and exterior inspections for both vacant and occupied properties across Florida . The ideal candidate will have experience in property inspections, report documentation, and a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy and compliance with client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct interior and exterior inspections of vacant and occupied properties .
• Verify property occupancy status and document all conditions accurately.
• Take clear and detailed photos (before, during, and after) each inspection.
• Complete inspection reports within the required timeframes using mobile apps or portals.
• Identify property damages, safety hazards, or code violations and report findings.
• Maintain professionalism and communication with property occupants (if applicable).
• Follow client-specific guidelines, inspection checklists, and documentation standards.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in property inspections or property preservation preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Smartphone or tablet with camera and internet access for report submission.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of HUD/FHA inspection standards is an advantage.

Compensation:

• Competitive per-inspection pay rate based on location and inspection type.
