Kids Of Valor Academy in Pasadena, TX is looking for one infant teacher to join our 6 person strong team. We are located on 3501 Red Bluff Road. Our ideal candidate is attentive, ambitious, and engaged.

Responsibilities

• Care for infants ages 6 weeks to 12 months.
• Keep monthly feeding plans for each child updated!
• Ensure the classroom is kept clean/sanitized throughout the day. Including all toys
• Do daily curriculum with the classroom. EX. baby yoga, tummy time, flashcards, sing songs to the children, introduce books and different texture.
• Change sheets daily, ensure they are kept tight fitting, ensure all cribs are labeled with the child's name, date of birth, and if they can roll over by themselves or not.
• Keep bulletin board updated weekly. Ensure Classroom roster is current and Infant room binder.

Qualifications

• High school Diploma
• CPR and First Aid Certification. (Cannot be done online, must be in person training.
• Take courses on Shaking Baby Syndrome, emergency preparedness, etc
