Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Must have at least 12 months of Dialysis Unit experience.
Requirements
Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license (required for submission).
Local & travel allowed.
COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious declinations accepted.
Flu vaccination required for submission. Religious declinations accepted.
