Job Title: Maintenance Technician in Summerville

Pay: 28-32 an hour

Shift: 2-2-3 Schedule: Night Shift!

Job Description

Join our team as a Maintenance Technician where you will split your time evenly between maintenance work and handling tasks involving 3 phase 480V electrical systems. This role involves working in a less automated facility, focusing on pumps, motors, gearboxes, heaters, ovens, electric meters, and circuit connectors. You will work independently as part of an 8-person maintenance team.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance work, focusing on 3 phase 480V systems.

• 50 electrical/ 50 mechanical

• Understand LOTO procedures.

• Troubleshoot and repair pumps, motors, gearboxes, heaters, ovens, electric meters, and circuit connectors.

• Support production changeovers to ensure smooth operations.

• Diagnose and resolve issues with electrical pneumatics and minimal hydraulics.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient facility operations.

Essential Skills

• 5+ years in a manufacturing maintenance role.

• Proficiency in electrical troubleshooting and pneumatics.

• Ability to work with 3 phase 480V systems.

• Strong mechanical skills and ability to work independently.

• Familiarity with PLCs, with no requirement to work directly on them.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with cutting tools.

• Confident, yet humble approach to work.

The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $68640.00/yr.
