Those in managed service management and strategy at PwC will focus on transitioning and running services, along with managing delivery teams, programmes, commercials, performance and delivery risk. Your work will involve the process of continuous improvement and optimising of the managed services process, tools and services.

The Opportunity

As part of the Managed Services team you will guide the strategic direction and management of engineering operations, aligning with client objectives and business goals. As a Director you will set the strategic direction, lead business development efforts, and oversee multiple projects while maintaining impactful executive-level client relations. This role offers the chance to engage directly with clients, providing tailored solutions and serving as a trusted advisor, securing alignment between client goals and our service offerings.

Responsibilities

What You Must Have

- Bachelor's Degree

- At least 10 years of experience leading transformation to offshore delivery models

What Sets You Apart

- Certified Public Accountant preferred

- Demonstrating profound technical proficiency in multiple platforms

- Excelling in documenting requirements and creating prototypes

- Engaging directly with clients for tailored solutions

- Experience with Workday financials

- Supporting offering teams in proposals and client meetings

- Serving as a trusted advisor for client alignment

- Understanding estimation methodology and cost levers

- Demonstrating knowledge of managed services trends

- Architecting significant managed services solutions

- Demonstrating progressive accounting/controllership experience in real estate, mortgage, servicing, or financial services sectors

- Possessing proven public company audit pedigree and comfort interfacing with external auditors/investor reporting

The salary range for this position is: $134,000 - $410,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
