Job Title: Pharmacy Technician

Job Description

As a Pharmacy Technician, you will be responsible for filling daily prescription orders, including punch cards, bulk items, OTCs, compounding, cassettes, and prepacks. You will also manage medication inventory by stocking and restocking, printing daily orders for the pharmacy, and preparing labels and delivery sheets.

Responsibilities

Essential Skills

• Pharmacy Technician experience
• Customer service skills
• Registered Pharmacy Technician with the State of MN
• Minimum of 6 months of experience in filling prescriptions (retail or hospital)

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in customer service at establishments like Target, Walgreens, CVS, and Cub Foods
• Data entry skills

Work Environment

The position is in a closed-door environment with a large inventory. The role requires availability for evening openings with rotating shifts: Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 AM and from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM. Candidates must be available for both shifts. Every third weekend, shifts are Saturday from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM and Sunday from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM. The environment is technology-driven, offering a startup feel with opportunities for growth. Employees will have their own cubicle and can predict their schedule ahead of time.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Eden Prairie, MN.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
