P sychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)

• Salary range: $122,000 - $164,000 (based on experience)
• Relocation assistance available

• On-call: shared among providers (1 week every 4.5 months)

• Provide psychiatric care to patients of all ages, including children, adolescents, adults, and older adults
• Monday to Friday schedule – no weekends required
• Maintain work/life balance with manageable caseload
• Conduct evaluations, prescribe and monitor medications, and offer direct counseling
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and provide supervision as needed
• Document care in Epic EMR 

• Active PMHNP license in the state of Massachusetts
• Experience with all age groups preferred; new graduates will be considered
• Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish)
• 2 years of experience preferred in a psychiatric setting
