Warranty Administrator
Are you self-driven, detail-oriented, and motivated to excel in a fast-paced luxury automotive environment? Carlock Motorcars Nashville, proudly representing Alfa Romeo, Aston Martin, Bentley, Lotus, Maserati, and Rolls-Royce, is seeking a talented and energetic Warranty Administrator to join our elite team.
In this role, you will be an integral part of our service department, ensuring that every step of the warranty process is handled with precision and efficiency. You will prepare, record, and submit warranty claims to manufacturers, reconcile them accurately, and maintain open communication with service advisors, technicians, and parts personnel to ensure seamless claim processing.
Key Responsibilities
• Process warranty claims in a timely and accurate manner
• Maintain proper documentation and submit all required warranty paperwork
• Reconcile warranty receivables and post credits in our system
• Address and resubmit rejected claims or secure proper authorization for write-offs
• Stay current with manufacturer recalls, bulletins, and warranty guidelines
• Follow up on outstanding claims to ensure prompt payment
• Maintain a professional appearance and organized workspace
What We Are Looking For
• Proven experience as a warranty administrator or in a similar role
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• A positive, team-oriented attitude with a commitment to excellence
• High energy, professionalism, and the ability to go above and beyond
Education and Experience
• High school diploma or GED required
• One to two years of related experience or training preferred
